If your order is in Riyadh and you want to return or exchange it, the amount will be refunded at that time with the delivery fee deducted from your order amount, and the remaining amount will be returned to you (after confirming the condition and quality of the product and whether it is in the same condition as when it arrived to the customer).
In case of order cancellation, the electronic payment fees will be deducted, which are bank fees only and not for the basket:
Mada: fee per transaction (1 riyal + 1%)
Visa: fee per transaction (1 riyal + 2.2%)
STC Pay: fee per transaction (1.70%)
Apple Pay: fee per transaction (1 riyal + 2.2%)
Please note that in case of order cancellation, Tamara takes a percentage of the total order value from the customer, which is:
1. Tamara's percentage: 6.99%
2. A fixed fee on the order: 1.5 riyals
If outside Riyadh, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within a maximum of 1-3 business days after verifying the condition of the product and its suitability.
Note: Shipments outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for exchange.
